Hey everyone! I’m Janèe Norman. I will be teaching 7th and 8th grade science this year and I am very excited to join the Battle Creek Family. My husband, Josh, and I along with our two daughters, Annabelle (9) and Laramie (7 months), own commercial and registered Boer goats in Culleoka. We travel all over the country so Annabelle can show. Annabelle has been National Grand Champion and Reserve National Grand Champion with the Junior American Boer Goat Association. While I am starting teaching as a second career, I am no stranger to the classroom! I was a TA in graduate school. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Tennessee at Martin in Animal Science and a Master’s Degree from Murray State in Agriculture. I plan to have lots of fun in the classroom with lots of hands on activities. I cannot wait to meet all my students and their families.
