Self , Cassie

Hello! My name is Cassie Self, and I teach Special Education for 7th and 8th grade students. This is my sixth year in education and my fifth year at Battle Creek Middle School. I am the proud mom of three amazing children—Will, Emmy, and Lucas—and our family also includes our dog, Waffles. My faith, family, and students are incredibly important to me. Outside of school, I enjoy coffee, Ohio State football, Disney (especially Winnie the Pooh), music, and attending concerts. My goal is to help every student build confidence, reach their potential, and know they are valued every step of the way.
