This year marks my 18th year in education, including 16 years dedicated to middle school, and I am proud to serve the students and families of Battle Creek Middle School as the school librarian. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Austin Peay State University, my master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University, and my Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from Arkansas State University. My husband and I have two kids, a dog, a snake, a bearded dragon, a parakeet, and a couple pea puffer fish.
