I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), which has equipped me with the skills necessary to engage and motivate students effectively.

Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted family member. I have been happily married to my husband, Joe, for 25 years. Together, we are the proud parents of three remarkable children: Aubree, a 22-year-old Behavioral Therapist; Braden, a 20-year-old Biology student at Tennessee Tech University; and Maci, a 14-year-old 9th grader at BCHS. Our family shares our homes with a variety of beloved pets, including dogs Poppy, Gunner, Sting and Quinney, and cats Shelby, Scar and Champy, reflecting our deep love for animals.

I am excited to continue my  journey at BCMS, working alongside parents and students to create a supportive and enriching educational experience.
