My name is Kelly Pollock and this will be my 14th year of teaching. I am one of the Battle Creek OGs & I have always wanted to teach middle school. I attended Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. I have taught in North Carolina & Tennessee. I have taught 1st, 2nd, 7th and now 5th grade. I have a major on both social studies and ELA. I just started teaching social studies after Christmas break last year & I am loving it. I love my family, my friends, and my dog, Preston. Traveling is a passion of mine. I love to workout and do CrossFit. Loving to cook & bake has earned me the nickname Paula Dean Pollock amongst the BCMS staff. I love to laugh & tell jokes. It is pretty rare that you will catch me without a smile on my face. I am so happy to be a part of the new and exciting journey that BCMS is on. Here’s to a wonderful school year!
