Lauer , Ashley

This year marks my 20th year in education, and I am honored to continue serving the Battle Creek Middle School community. I am a Spring Hill native and a graduate of Spring Hill High School. I earned my bachelor's degree in History and Secondary Education from Middle Tennessee State University, my master's degree in Administration and Supervision from Arkansas State University, and my K–8 Interventionist certification from Austin Peay State University. I am certified to teach History in grades 7–12 and have spent 14 years teaching 8th grade American History. My husband, Jordan, is also a History teacher, and together we have three wonderful children: Max, Grace, and Liam. I love helping students connect with history and discover how the past shapes our future.
